建築設計採雙塔對稱佈局，呈現出穩重且優雅的垂直構圖語彙。

 

整體量體以深色玻璃與橫向陽台構件為主，搭配淺色垂直飾帶與深木色細節，營造出豐富層次與現代感。

 

陽台綠化往上延伸，不僅強化垂直向度的視覺節奏，也形塑出城市中的立體綠洲，彰顯對環境友善的設計理念。

屋頂則採斜頂木質構架設計，為整體量體增添自然溫潤的語彙，使建築在都市天際線中脫穎而出。

 

基座部分以石材為主材，並搭配開放式騎樓空間，塑造出具有尺度感且親民的街道界面，促進人行活動與城市空間的融合。

平衡現代建築的理性秩序與自然元素的柔和語彙，展現出高密度都市中的新型生活垂直聚落。

The architectural design adopts a twin-tower symmetrical layout, presenting a stable yet elegant vertical composition language.

The overall massing features dark-toned glass and horizontal balcony elements, complemented by light-colored vertical trims and deep wood accents, creating a rich layering and a contemporary aesthetic.

The upward extension of greened balconies not only reinforces the rhythm of verticality but also shapes a three-dimensional urban oasis, reflecting an environmentally friendly design philosophy.

The roof is articulated with sloped timber structures, infusing the architecture with a natural and warm expression that allows it to stand out along the urban skyline.

At the base, the use of stone materials paired with open arcade spaces creates a street-level interface that is both human-scaled and welcoming, encouraging pedestrian activity and integration with the urban fabric.

The overall design strikes a balance between the rational order of modern architecture and the soft vocabulary of natural elements, manifesting a new vertical living settlement within the high-density cityscape.
