以現代有機建築為設計主軸，雙塔並立的造型展現出優雅協調的對稱構圖。

整體量體以柔和的曲線語彙垂直堆疊，塑造出如波浪般律動的立面節奏。

 

白色水平線條與深色開窗之間形成強烈對比，使建築視覺上更具層次感與延展性。

各樓層陽台交錯排列，並植入垂直綠化元素，不僅營造自然融入的生活場景，也有效調節氣候與遮陽，實踐綠建築設計理念。

 

建築頂部以類花瓣狀曲面收尾，呼應自然形態之美，並賦予城市天際線更豐富的表情。

 

基座退縮設計搭配開放通透的入口空間，強化人行尺度與街道互動性，提升整體生活與商業機能的融合度。以具現代感、生態永續與都市友善性角度形塑出住宅新地標。

The design of this building is rooted in contemporary organic architecture, featuring a twin-tower configuration that embodies an elegant and harmonious symmetrical composition.

 

The overall massing is vertically stacked with soft, flowing curves, creating a facade rhythm reminiscent of undulating waves. The stark contrast between white horizontal lines and dark window openings adds depth and visual continuity to the structure.

Balconies on each floor are staggered and integrated with vertical greenery, fostering a living environment interwoven with nature. These green elements not only create a natural living scene but also effectively regulate the microclimate and provide shade, embodying sustainable green building principles. The rooftop is crowned with petal-like curved forms that echo the beauty of natural shapes, enriching the city's skyline with a more expressive silhouette.

The recessed podium, combined with a transparent and open entrance space, enhances the pedestrian scale and street-level interaction, seamlessly integrating residential and commercial functions. From the perspectives of modernity, ecological sustainability, and urban friendliness, this design aspires to establish a new residential landmark.
